Agreement to these terms

By using coachamyrene.com, buying content, booking a discovery call, or enrolling in a coaching program, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site or the services.

What we provide

Coach Amy Rene' offers holistic health coaching and downloadable nutrition and lifestyle content, including:

  • The current monthly theme
  • Standing meal-plan and recipe collections sold individually
  • A free resource library, available by email signup
  • A paid discovery call
  • 3-month and 6-month 1:1 coaching programs

Everything sold is a digital download or a scheduled session. Nothing is shipped. Programs and calls are delivered by video or phone by appointment.

Health and wellness disclaimer

Amy Rene Long is a Certified Holistic Health Coach, trained through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and is separately Board Certified as a Holistic Health Practitioner by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP). She is not a physician, registered dietitian, therapist, or other licensed medical provider, and does not diagnose, treat, or cure disease, prescribe medication, or give medical advice. Nothing on this Site or in any session is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and none of it replaces care from a qualified health professional. See the full Health & Wellness Disclaimer.

Prices and payment

Prices are listed on the Site in U.S. dollars. Digital content and the discovery call are paid at checkout, through our payment processor. Coaching programs work differently. The prices shown on the coaching page are what those programs cost, but you are not charged for them at checkout. Amy invoices you after your discovery call, once the two of you have agreed which program is right for you.

The discovery call

The discovery call is a paid $25 session. If you enroll in a coaching program within 60 days of your call, that $25 is credited in full toward your program fee.

  • If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice and we will find another time at no extra cost
  • If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or do not attend, the $25 is not refundable
  • If Amy needs to cancel and no replacement time works for you, the $25 is refunded in full

Refunds and cancellations

Digital content. Guides, monthly themes, meal plans, and other downloads are delivered immediately and are not refundable. Two exceptions:

  • If something you bought goes on sale within 7 days of your purchase, email coach@amyrene.com and the difference in price will be refunded
  • If a download is broken, missing, or not what the page described, email coach@amyrene.com and it will be fixed or refunded

Coaching programs. Programs are sold as a package and are not refundable once the program has started, including sessions you do not use. The exception is that if Amy ends your program early for a reason that is not your fault, you are refunded for sessions you paid for and did not receive. If something significant changes for you, talk to Amy. Pausing or adjusting a program is almost always better than walking away from it. The full terms for your program, including session scheduling, late-cancellation fees, and ending a program early, are in the Coaching Agreement you sign before your first session. If anything in that agreement differs from these Terms, the agreement controls.

Your use of our material

All content on the Site, including guides, recipes, meal plans, worksheets, and written material, belongs to Coach Amy Rene'. Content you buy is licensed to you for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please do not resell, share, post, or redistribute it without written permission.

Your conduct

You agree to use the Site lawfully, not to disrupt or misuse it, not to misuse content you have bought, and not to misrepresent yourself when booking a call or enrolling in a program.

No guarantee of results

Coaching supports you in making your own choices. No particular result is guaranteed, including weight, symptom, energy, or health outcomes, because those depend on many things outside our sessions.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Coach Amy Rene' is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or services, including any results or lack of results from following content or coaching guidance. Total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, and any dispute arising from them will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Iowa.

Changes to these terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
